The Digilab London website does not have any direct order (ecommerce) functionality or any enquiry or registration forms (sign up to newsletter/enquiry forms) hosted on the website. The website uses We Transfer as the system for customers to upload their files for printing. The We Transfer system involves you supplying some personal data to us (See the section on We Transfer below). Other information is automatically collected when you use the website including demographic data and browsing patterns (this is only used in aggregate form). We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. A summary of the different types of data collected is listed below:

Once you have uploaded your files via We Transfer we will contact you via the contact information you have provided – either by email or directly by telephone. In most cases we will need to contact you by phone to confirm order details and take payment.

Any paperwork created during the order confirmation is used during the production of your order and is then either stored securely or destroyed. Any financial data (credit card slips) is destroyed after successful authorisation. By law we are required to keep details of a transaction (invoice) for tax purposes for a minimum of 6 years after you cease being a customer. This information is held securely on our account software on our secure server.
