We are more than happy for you to visit us at our Art Prints Kent lab based in Sittingbourne(ME10)

It is well worth visiting us if you are printing with us for the first time – we are always happy to run off a couple of small test prints (FOC of course) and our production team will be on hand to give you all the advice and help you need to make sure that you are not only happy with your prints but are able to prepare and send files for printing in the future.

Our prices are for prepared files and do not include resizing, retouching, colour correction, cropping etc – however on your first visit we look to provide as much information and support as possible without any additional cost to you over and above the printing. This also applies if you are sending us files for the first time.

What to Know Before You Hire Our Photo Printing Services in Kent

Whilst our production team will be on hand to help you with all aspects of image preparation – please be aware of the following ahead of your visit:

Your images must be of sufficient resolution. 300dpi at the print size required will be sufficient for both c-type and giclee processing. If your file resolution is low you can interpolate it for better results. For successful interpolation, we recommend software such as Genuine Fractals or resample bicubic smoother tool in Adobe Photoshop. Remember - you can always call us for assistance.

Your images are cropped to the print sizes required. For example – if you need prints at 12x8" and the file sizes are closer to10x8" or squarer – vital image information may be lost. Remember - you can always call us for assistance.

File Format – Tiff, Jpeg, file formats preferred. PDF files can also be printed.

*Submitting TIFF files Tiff files should not have multiple layers. If you have worked with layers, make sure you flatten them before submitting files to us. Also when saving your tiffs, in "TIFF options" select - Image compression - None.

To make an appointment or if you have any questions or concerns ahead of your visit please call us on 020 8761 0552 or email us at sales@digilablondon.com.
