FTP File Upload

Our easy to use file upload system is ideal for sending single or multiple image files to us. The maximum upload size per session is 2GB.

Step by Step Guide

Go Straight to Upload
  1. Use the upload link below. On the WeTransfer page, click “+ Add files” to add the images you want to upload

  2. Enter your e-mail in the “Your email” box

  3. Enter a summary of your order requirements in the "Message" box

  4. Please ensure you include a contact name and mobile number in the “Message” box

  5. Once complete, click “Transfer” and wait for the images to send. You will get an email once complete.

You will receive an email confirming your upload has been successful from WeTransfer and a following email once we have downloaded the files.

Once we have download and checked your files, we will call/email you to confirm payment and order details.

Uploading large tiff files can take a long time and is often unnecessary. If your files are prepared and ready to print a jpeg file will be sufficient for printing purposes. This will greatly reduce the upload and download time.

Image Preparation

The following points will help you when preparing your files for upload or ahead of your visit. If you need any advice on any aspect of image preparation please call us on 020 8761 0552.

  1. Resolution – please ensure your image resolution is high enough for printing. 300dpi at the print size required will be sufficient for both c-type and giclee processing. If your file resolution is low you can interpolate it for better results. For successful interpolation we recommend software such as Genuine Fractals or in Adobe Photoshop > Image > Image Size > Resample Image > Bicubic Smoother.

  2. Cropping – please crop your images to the print sizes required. If there is a problem with image size/cropping we will always call you to suggest one of the following before processing the prints.

    • Reduce image size to leave white edges on one dimension of the print (top and bottom or left and right)
    • Crop the image/s and print full image area (after consultation with you)
    • Resubmit image/s again cropped to print size required
  3. Color Space – please submit your files in Adobe RGB (1998)

  4. File Format – Tiff, Jpeg, file formats preferred. PDF files can also be printed.
*Tiff files should not have multiple layers. If you have worked with layers, make sure you flatten them before submitting files to us. Also when saving your tiffs, in "TIFF options" select - Image compression - None.
